Sarah Party Rentals is a business created by a mother name Shanika Barnes, for the legacy of her two-year daughter Sarah Barnes. Sarah Party Rentals was founded in April 2023. We enjoy making your parties and events extra special with our customized party favors. We can customize chips, candy bars, water bottles, and sodas! We can customize any theme for any event.

We also offer soft play setups for babies and toddlers. Our softplay setups are not only fun entertainment for kids, but also helps with enhancing sensory and motor skills. Our softplay setups are catered to kids 5 years old and under.

What are your additional fees?

All fees are as follows and will be applied to each

package in addition to package price as they apply:

-Set Up/Cleaning Fee is already included in the package price

-Travel Fee: $1.00 per mile

-Non-Refundable Security Deposit: $100 is applied towards the balance and used to secure the date of the event.

-Full balance must be paid at 3 days before the actual date of event. Failure to pay will result in cancellation of setup.

How Do I Book?

After submitting your booking inquiry form, you will receive an email within 24 to 48 hours to confirm package and travel price. Once confirmed, you will have 24 hours to sign contract, waiver, and complete invoice. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and is used to confirm date and applied towards the balance. A NON REFUNDABLE $100 security deposit is also added to the invoice. The remaining balance will be due 3 days before the event. If not paid, your booking date will be cancelled and there will be NO REFUND. If any damages are done to our equipment

the renter will be billed the full cost of the lost or damaged item.

Do I Have to Sign a Contract?

To confirm all bookings, a soft play contract and waiver must be signed at the time of invoice being submitted. Please read contract carefully before signing to understand our full policy.

What Safety Measures Are In Place?

Our equipment (including our ball pit balls) are thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use, using products to kill 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs. Equipment will be sanitized before arrival and upon the arrival of arriving back to our storage location.

What ages are appropriate for your soft play equipment?

Our packages are geared towards children 6 months to

5 years old. All children must be accompanied by an

adult when in soft play area. We ask that children older

than 5 years old not be permitted in equipment area.

Do you assemble and break down the soft play equipment for us?

Yes! Depending on the size of your layout, it will take anywhere between 1 to 2 hours for setup and breakdown (separately). We will happily work with you to coordinate both our setup and breakdown arrival times, so we do not cause any disruptions on your special day!

What areas do you service and how far will you travel?

We service Wilson NC and surrounding counties of any area in a 25 miles radius from our storage area. If you have questions concerning if you are in service proximity then feel free to email, call, or text us. Travel fees apply to ALL packages.

A Few Last Things to Keep in Mind:

Please read throughly our rules and regulations form attached to the sign contract and waiver. We are a small family owned business and we want our equipment to be used properly for other people in the future to be able to enjoy our equipment. We do require 24/7 supervision by an adult over the age of 18 when equipment is in use.

Please NO face paints, party poppers, confetti, colored streamers, silly string, play dough, slime, markers, crayons,

sharp objects. etc. to be used on or near the soft play

setup. These items cause permanent damage/staining to our soft Play Equipment for which the Renter will be liable.

Also, NO pets or animals are to be allowed on or near our

Soft Play Equipment. NO SHOES OR HEELS are allowed in our play area. PLEASE WEAR SOCKS! Also, at the time of pick up please make sure ALL of the balls are back in the ball pit.

Cancellation Policy:


We understand life happens and some things are sudden and out of our control. We will allow a rescheduled date if we are notified at least 4 days before your event. Your same deposit will go towards the rescheduled booking.

If notified 24-72 hours prior to your event, your deposit will be kept and will not be allowed to use for a rescheduled date. A new deposit will be required. In the event you have fully paid for your event, a reschedule will be allowed upon availability.

Weather Policy:

If there is a high chance of rain, we require an indoor setup.

We understand that things happen, and a change of weather is sudden and out of our control. If you'd like to cancel due to the weather, we will allow rescheduling based on availability.

Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you are rescheduling your party. Failure to do so before 24 hours will result in there being a $100 Reloading Fee.
